SHIPPING UPDATE
If you're wondering where your order is, please note that due to high order volume and the Shelter-at-Home mandate for Davidson County, all orders are experiencing delays.  We are working hard to keep up with the high volume and get orders out as quickly as we can while following safety protocol.  We really appreciate your flexibility and understanding. 

Orders are shipping in the order in which they were received.  Please allow 5-7 business days processing time to allow us to catch up.  If you have questions, please e-mail us.  

Shipping Times and Methods
All orders that weigh less than 10 total lbs. ship free!  Above that, your order will be eligible for flat rate $10 shipping.  For free or flat rate shipping, we will choose the most economical rate.  You may also choose to ship via the carrier of your choice.  Most orders ship within one to two business days.  Any order placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. 

International shipping charges are based on the destination country as well as weight.  Customer is responsible for any customs or duties incurred on the order. 

Local Pickup
Use code "PICKUP" to waive the shipping charge and pick up your order in the store during business hours!  You'll get a notification that your order is ready and it will be waiting for you at our store.  Just bring a photo ID and your order number in order to claim it.
